On March 18th, 2018, at approximately 04:00 in the morning, a 32-year-old resident of the village of Sabag of Matcha District, when he met his 40-year-old villager, had a quarrel with 4 serious knife wounds to inflict serious damage to his health.
As a result, the victim with severe injuries was hospitalized.
On this fact a criminal case was instituted, an investigation is being conducted.
