A 34-year-old resident of Dushanbe made a statement to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs-2 in the Shokhmansur district, stating that on November 22, 2019, at about 10:50 p.m., an unknown person, being on S.Aini street of the capital, was out of hooligan motives beat him and stabbed him in the chest area with a sharp-cutting object.
Subsequently, the victim, having been seriously injured, was taken to hospital.
During the operational search activities, militia officers on suspicion of hooliganism detained a 20-year-old resident of Dushanbe.
