A 34-year-old local resident made a statement to the DMIA of Kulob, that on the night of November 21-22, 2019, at about 01:30 a.m., an unknown man hijacked his Opel-Astra vehicle, which was parked near a residential houses.
As a result of operational-search measures, militia officers suspected of car theft had previously detained a convict under Art. 244 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan 17-year-old local resident.
In fact, an investigation is underway.
