December 14, 2019, at about 18:30 pm, driver of a Daewoo Nexia vehicle, Khairulloyev Sharifdzhon Shodmonovich, born in 1985, resident of Tursunzade, following from Dushanbe to Tursunzade, on the territory of Noji-Poyon Gissar, having lost control over the control, crashed into a tractor trailer under the control of Kholov Davlater Saidmurodovich, born in 1976, a resident of the village of Noji-poyon.
As a result, the driver of a Daewoo Nexia vehicle, Khayrulloev Sh. and his passenger Khabibulloeva Gulrukhsor Tabarovna, born in 1981, a resident of Tursunzade, died at the spot of an accident.
Other passengers of the vehicle, Karimov Ikrom Sobirovich, born in 1993 and Karimov Inom Sobirovich, born in 1997, residents of Tursunzade with various bodily injuries were taken to the hospital.

On December 14, 2019, at about 06:30 a.m., the driver of an Opel-Astra vehicle, Zavurov Bakhtiyor Makhmadsaidovich, born in 1997, a resident of the Rudaki district in the village of Guliston, hit a pedestrian man Sharif Kurbonovich Sohibov, born in 1958, a resident of the district Rudaki.
