A 39-year-old resident of the capital applied to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs-1 in the Shokhmansur district of Dushanbe with the fact that on April 26, 2020, at about 11:50 p.m., he was on the street A. Rajabovs, previously convicted under Article 223 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a 48-year-old man, resident of Dushanbe, without any reason, insulted him and inflicted one stab wound to him.
Subsequently, the injured man with a serious wound was taken to hospital.
