As a result of operational-search measures on suspicion of hooliganism, detained a 41-year-old resident of the city of Gissar, previously convicted under articles 105 and 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The suspect on October 20, 2019, being near the “Shomi Shugnan” restaurant located on Borbad Street, Dushanbe, came into conflict with a 29-year-old resident of the capital, inflicted one knife wound and disappeared in an unknown direction.
As a result, the victim with a knife wound was taken to hospital.
