A 28-year-old resident of the capital made a statement to DMIA-2 in the Sino District of Dushanbe, stating that on November 16, 2019, a 38-year-old local resident, having entered his confidence, took a Lexus LS-460 car, but the money never returned.
Also, on March 17, 2020, having entered the trust of a 39-year-old resident of the capital, he took a Mercedes-Benz car worth $ 4,400, but did not return the money.
