On August 17, 2020, at about 15:00, an unknown person forcibly took a 14-year-old resident of Dushanbe to the basement of a residential building, beat him, then took away his «Samsung-A3» mobile phone and disappeared in an unknown direction.
The amount of damage was 2 thousand 500 somoni.
While carrying out operational-search measures, militia officers detained a 16-year-old underage resident of Dushanbe on suspicion of robbery.
An investigation is underway on the fact.
