Today, on April 17, 2017, under the leadership of the Minister of Internal Affairs, lieutenant-general of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, was held the final meeting of the operational and official activities of the Interior Ministry during the first quarter of 2017.
On the agenda was discussed the final activity of the operational and official activities of the internal affairs agencies for the first quarter of this year and the official activities of the Department of Public Order Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2013-2016 and one month in 2017.
It was noted that in order to improve the role of district militia inspectors, improve the service and material conditions, strengthen their cooperation with the population, a decree was issued by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, for No. 1291 of 30.06.2012, "On measures to increase the role of district militia inspectors in ensuring public order and enhance their cooperation with the population".
This decree helped to strengthen the activities of district police inspectors, putting into operation a number of administrative sections, working classrooms and strongholds of public order, meeting international standards and providing the necessary condition.
In the course of the meeting, the Minister of the Interior, lieutenant-general of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, paid special attention to the elimination of existing shortcomings in official activity, prevention of combating organized crime, terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, juvenile and youth crimes, and gave instructions to ensure public order, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, protect the ecological environment and on the reform of the police and conducting promotional and preventive maintenance.
In the course of the final meeting of the operational-service activity of the interior affairs bodies for the first quarter of 2017, made a speech the First Deputy Minister of the Interior major-general of militia Alamshozoda Abdurahmon Alamsho, and analyzed the criminal situation in the republic.
Then, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs major-general of militia Umarzoda Ikrom Islom underlined the progress of the police reform, international cooperation of the internal affairs bodies with the structures of foreign countries and the implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements in the field of combating crime.
Also in his speech, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, major-general of the militia Navjuvonov Abdullo Shanbievich, noted the prevention of natural disasters and joint raids by the internal affairs agencies in the direction of the illegal use of electricity and other illegal acts.
On the issue of the results of the service activities of public order protection in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2013-2016 and one month in 2017, the head of the organizational and inspection department, the colonel of the militia Rakhimzoda Abdurahim Abdurahmon, spoke in detail and stressed that the inspections of Department of Public Order Protection and its divisions, districts and regions showed that the work of some district inspectors in the region in dealing with the population and conducting explanatory work revealed shortcomings.
It was noted that police inspectors to eliminate the existing shortcomings need to work closely with the community and together fight against all types of crime.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister of the Interior, lieutenant general of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro gave a number of specific instructions on the observance and implementation of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and rites in the Republic of Tajikistan", "On the responsibility of parents for the upbringing and education of children”, all kinds of crime, violation of legality, and noted that every police officer should perform his official duties with a high sense of responsibility, conscientiously and faithfully serve to Motherland.
