Reception and consideration of applications of citizens

In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the procedure for consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities" on the part of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, citizens are received every Saturday.

September 30, 2017, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs major-general of the militia Umarzoda Ikrom Islom adopted a number of citizens who addressed various issues to the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reviewed their applications and appeals for taking appropriate measures.
In general, citizens address with questions about legal assistance, solutions to family conflicts, non-return of money, commission of crimes, as well as expressions of gratitude to militia officers.
Along with the adoption of citizens by the leadership of the ministry, complaints and appeals received by telephone and the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are also considered and appropriate measures are taken to solve their problems.
Thus, calls and complaints of citizens about the commission of crimes, offenses that testify to close interaction of militia officers with the public and frequent cases of appeals for their decisions are regularly recorded on the phone "Help 1919".
In general, citizens' appeals are taken in the direction of protecting public order, passport and registration service, traffic police services, investigation, personnel and criminal investigation, which will be considered simultaneously.
