Last week, the National Library hosted a national forum on the topic “Modern Ways and Methods of Countering the Challenges and Threats of the Modern World, Especially Violent Extremism among Youth”.
The high-level event, which was initiated by the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, was attended by the Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rakhmonzoda Abdullo Kurbonali, Deputy Minister of the Interior, Major General of Militia Umarzoda Ikrom Islom, heads and responsible persons and representatives of a number of ministries and departments, organizations and institutions, executive bodies of state power of cities and districts c, scientists, researchers and youth.
The work of the Forum consisted of two stages. In the first stage, its participants expressed their opinion on the issue of preventing youth from joining extremist parties and movements, as well as officials of enterprises and institutions expressed their opinion on the work they performed in this direction.
In the second part of the forum, chaired by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nazarzod Rizo Shodi and the Head of the Juvenile Delinquency and Youth Prevention Service (SPPSNM) of the MIA, Colonel of Militia Bukhorizoda Mansour Goib, participants and speakers expressed their opinion about problems of delinquency and crime among young people, as well as about the reasons and ways to prevent such actions.
In his speech, Mansur Bukhorizoda recalled the contribution of youth to the development of society and noted that our youth today is recognized as a great creative force of the country.
Continuing his speech, he noted that terrorism - at all times, has been fighting against the state and statehood, is committed to create a feeling of mistrust in society, destabilize political and social stability, and undermine the authority and authority of state bodies.
Extremism is an expression of commitment to extreme views, to the use of extreme measures (including terrorist attacks and hostage taking) to achieve their goals, destabilize the constitutional order, seize power and seize power, incite racism and religious conflict and hatred. ”
At the end of the republican forum on the topic “Modern Ways and Methods of Countering the Challenges and Threats of the Modern World, Especially Violent Extremism among Young People,” the participants once again called on the country's youth to be vigilant, to faithfully serve the homeland and their people, and to be the first on the front line in the fight against any other terrorist and extremist manifestations.
Поиск современных методов противодействия вызовам и угрозам современного мира
На прошлой неделе в Национальной библиотеке прошел национальный Форум по теме «Современные пути и методы противодействия вызовам и угрозам современного мира, особенно насильственному экстремизму среди молодежи».
На этом мероприятии высокого уровня, которое было проведено по инициативе Комитета по делам молодежи и спорта при Правительстве Республики Таджикистан, приняли участие председатель Комитета по делам молодежи и спорта при Правительстве Республики Таджикистан Рахмонзода Абдулло Курбонали, заместитель Министра внутренних дел, генерал-майор милиции Умарзода Икром Ислом, руководители и ответственные лица и представители ряда министерств и ведомств, организаций и учреждений, исполнительных органов государственной власти городов и районов, ученые, исследователи и молодежь.
Работа Форума состояла из двух этапов. На первом этапе участники выступили и выразили мнение по вопросу предотвращения вступления молодежи в экстремистские партии и движения, а также ответственные лица предприятий и учреждений подробно отчитались по поводу выполненных ими работ в этом направлении.
Во второй части форума, прошедшего под председательством первого заместителя председателя Комитета по делам молодежи и спорта при Правительстве Республики Таджикистан Назарзода Ризо Шоди и начальника Службы по предупреждению правонарушений среди несовершеннолетних и молодежи (СППСНМ) МВД полковника милиции Бухоризода Мансура Гоиба. Участники и выступающие выразили свое мнение о проблемах правонарушений и преступности среди молодежи, также о причинах и путях предотвращения подобных действий.
В своем выступлении Мансур Бухоризода напомнил о внесенном вкладе молодежи в развитие общества и отметил, что наша молодежь сегодня признана великой творческой силой страны.
В продолжение своего выступления он отметил, что терроризм - во все времена ведёт борьбу против государства и государственности, совершается для создания чувства недоверия в обществе, дестабилизации политической и социальной стабильности, подрыва авторитета и авторитета государственных органов.
Экстремизм - является выражением приверженности к крайним взглядам, к использованию крайних мер (включая теракты и взятие заложников) для достижения своих целей, дестабилизации конституционного строя, захвата власти и присвоение его полномочий, разжиганию расизма и религиозному конфликту и ненависти».
По завершению республиканского форума на тему «Современные пути и методы противодействия вызовам и угрозам современного мира, особенно насильственному экстремизму среди молодежи», участники еще раз призвали молодежь страны быть бдительными, верно служить Родине и своему народу и стоять первыми на передовой линии в борьбе против любых других террористических и экстремистских проявлений.
