Last year, in order to enhance the status and role of women, organized a meeting of the Council of Women of the MIA with members of the labor veterans, active women, girls divisions and departments of Ministry of Interior in the cities and districts of the republic.

Also in the internal affairs of a number of important actions were carried out with the active participation of women, such as: competitions, dedicated to Mother's Day, "Avtobonu - 2015, 2016" various conferences and seminars on "The position of women in the national culture." In order to enhance the role of women in the bodies from the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on a free basis for treatment and rest 73 retired women were sent, as well as the employee of militia in a recreation area (sanatorium) of Istaravshan, in the recreation area "Bahoristan" Guliston and "Obshoron".

For achieving good results in performance, exemplary discipline 85 employees of police women were awarded another title from junior sergeant to lieutenant colonel, 19 cash prizes, 208 Certificates of honor, gratitude, breast signs "Excellent police", medals "For perfect service" 1, 2 and 3 degrees.

During this period, 68 women employees of militia go study at the Police Academy on the 3rd Faculty in 2016-2017. 21 women employees were more accepted in the 4th department of number 4 Police Academy 15 girls learn. The Police College is taught 30 girls. On the territory of the Russian Federation in the law schools were sent to study 4 girls.
