February 27, 2017, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs was held a meeting between Minister of Internal Affairs lieutenant-general militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro with Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation police general of the Russian Federation Kolokoltsev Vladimir Alexandrovich.
Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzoda welcomed the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation police general Kolokoltsev Vladimir Alexandrovich and members of the delegation. It was noted that bilateral cooperation of internal affairs bodies of the two countries reached a new level, and even more extended. An example of this is a mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of search, arrest and extradition of criminals.
Minister of the Interior, police general Kolokoltsov Vladimir Aleksandrovich, in turn, expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and fruitful cooperation, and noted that our efforts are aimed at strengthening the cooperation of internal affairs agencies of the two countries in the fight against terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking and to promote the exchange information.
Particular attention was paid to the fight against terrorism and the prevention of citizens recruitment to terrorist-extremist organizations.
The meeting also discussed issues of preparation of highly qualified personnel on the basis of the Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
At the end of the meeting to expand cooperation, the parties exchanged opinions and expressed their readiness to jointly combat crime.
