The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan held a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The subjects on the agenda included the “Government Work Plan for upcoming six-month period” and the “Model regulations on educational institution of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
In addition, responsible persons briefed the meeting on the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making changes and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Combating Corruption”, the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Pledge of Movable Property and Registration of Securing Obligations”, on the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making changes and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On financial leasing", on the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making changes and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Insurance Activities", and the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Public Associations".
Following discussion the mentioned draft laws were submitted for consideration of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
For consideration of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan were submitted the final conclusions of the members of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making changes and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On traditional arts and crafts”.
The members of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan made appropriate decisions on a number of resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in particular "On the Targeted State Social Assistance Program in the Republic of Tajikistan through 2020", "On Evaluation of the Performance of Agencies Implementing State Investment Projects" and "On the Establishment of the National Financial Stability Board in the Republic of Tajikistan".
At the end of the meeting, the Leader of the Nation, President of the country Emomali Rahmon gave concrete instructions to the members of the Government and heads of state structures on the implementation of the agenda items of the meeting.
